Is it confidential?
Yes! Information such as your name and why you are contacting CompEAP will NOT be released to your employer, or anyone else, without your consent. The only exceptions are those required by law, such as if you are a danger to yourself or others.
What happens when I call?
If you are calling about an emotional or family issue, our counselor will conduct an assessment and arrange phone, in-person, video or chat/message-based counseling. This will give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns in depth. If in-person counseling is agreed upon, we will locate an experienced and licensed counselor and arrange a meeting to take place in a private office convenient to you.
